We are run, managed, and served by some of the most highly qualified professionals including Doctors (MS/MD, MBBS), IITians, IISc and NIT graduates, IIM scholars, CSIR NET and UGC NET achievers, as well as M.Tech, M.Sc, Ph.D., M.Phil, Post-Doctorate, and B.Tech experts. This diverse pool of educators brings a wealth of knowledge, practical insights, and academic rigor to the classroom.

At the same time, GATEIIT has consciously chosen to involve former students as part of its faculty model. We firmly believe that only a student can truly understand the struggles and challenges faced by another student. This empathy-driven approach ensures that our teaching is not just about delivering lectures, but about genuinely supporting learners through their academic journey. By recognizing and nurturing talent within our own students, we create a culture of mentorship that is authentic, heartfelt, and impactful.

But academic knowledge alone does not make a complete professional. At GATEIIT, we understand the need to build individuals who are not only capable in their respective fields but also responsible, compassionate, and ethical human beings. To achieve this, we have established a dedicated wing called the Self Development Centre (SDC). The SDC regularly organizes workshops, interactive sessions, and special programs that go beyond the conventional curriculum. These initiatives are designed to enhance communication, personality development, leadership qualities, and emotional intelligence—skills that are critical for success in the real world.
