We are run, managed, and served by some of the most highly qualified professionals including Doctors (MS/MD, MBBS), IITians, IISc and NIT graduates, IIM scholars, CSIR NET and UGC NET achievers, as well as M.Tech, M.Sc, Ph.D., M.Phil, Post-Doctorate, and B.Tech experts. At the same time, GATEIIT has consciously chosen to involve former students as part of its faculty model. We firmly believe that only a student can truly understand the struggles and challenges faced by another student. By recognizing and nurturing talent within our own students, we create a culture of mentorship that is authentic, heartfelt, and impactful.

To achieve this, we have established a dedicated wing called the Self Development Centre (SDC). The SDC regularly organizes workshops, interactive sessions, and special programs that go beyond the conventional curriculum. These initiatives are designed to enhance communication, personality development, leadership qualities, and emotional intelligence—skills that are critical for success in the real world.
