The Union Public Service Commission has released the e-Admit Card for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2026. Candidates can download it from the official website, upsc.gov.in.
The NDA 2 written exam will take place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at centres across India. The exam will fill 394 vacancies. Candidates must carry a printed admit card and a valid photo ID to enter the exam hall.
UPSC NDA 2 2026 exam timings
- Mathematics: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
- General Ability Test: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Both papers will be held on the same day. The written exam carries a total of 900 marks. Candidates who clear this stage will move to the SSB interview. The Services Selection Boards issue a separate call letter for the interview through the Army, Navy or Air Force portals.

How to download the NDA 2 admit card 2026
- Visit the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
- Open the Examinations section and select Active Examinations, or use the e-Admit Card link on the homepage.
- Select National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2026.
- Choose login through your registration ID or roll number.
- Enter your registration details or roll number, date of birth and captcha code.
- Submit the details and view the admit card.
- Download the PDF and print it clearly on A4 paper.
Print at least two copies. Keep one copy safe at home and carry the other to the exam centre. You may also save a digital copy for reference, but a phone copy will not replace the printed admit card at the venue.

Do not download the file and forget about it. Open the PDF and check every detail carefully:

Items prohibited at the exam centre
UPSC does not allow mobile phones inside the exam venue, even when they are switched off. Candidates must also avoid smart watches, digital watches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, electronic gadgets and written or printed material.
Possession of a banned item can lead to cancellation of candidature and further action. Most centres do not offer secure storage. Leave these items at home or with a person waiting outside the centre.
Plan your journey before September 13
Visit or check the exam centre location in advance. Some cities have institutions with similar names, while other centres may be far from the main transport areas. Use a reliable map and plan extra travel time.
Since the exam falls on a Sunday, public transport may run less often than on weekdays. Reach the area early and follow the reporting time printed on your admit card.
Use only upsc.gov.in for the admit card and future notices. Avoid links shared through unknown messages or groups. UPSC will not ask for a password or payment to release an admit card.
