Documents required for verification
Radiographer candidates called for verification must carry the original copies of all required documents. They must also bring two self-attested photocopy sets of each document, a downloaded copy of the application form and a valid identity proof.
Common documents may include educational certificates, category certificates, domicile proof, experience certificates and other papers listed in the recruitment notice. Candidates should follow the official notice for their post. A missing document can turn a simple visit into a very long day, so a folder can be a better travel partner than luck.
What candidates should do now
- Open the official HPRCA website and download the result notice.
- Check your roll number or application details in the shortlisted list.
- Download the document verification schedule when it is uploaded.
- Check the registered email inbox and spam folder for updates.
- Keep original documents and two self-attested photocopy sets ready.
- Print the submitted application form and carry a valid photo ID.
- Reach the commission premises before 10:00 am on the assigned date.
Important instructions for shortlisted candidates
Candidates should attend document verification on the date fixed by the commission. The secretary has stated that a candidate who does not appear on the scheduled date will not receive another opportunity.
Before leaving for the venue, check the latest notice for the reporting order, document list and any post-specific instructions. Candidates should also keep copies of their result page and email communication for their records. The verification stage checks the details provided in the application, so every certificate should match the information submitted during recruitment.
The next updates, including the full schedule, will be available through the official HPRCA website and registered email communication. Candidates should rely on these sources for changes to the venue, timing or document requirements.
