Vacancies Available
The bank has set aside 1,000 vacancies for Wealth Executives. The remaining 100 posts are for Credit Analysts. The number of vacancies may change based on the bank’s needs and the final recruitment notice.
Eligibility for Wealth Executive
Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any subject from a recognised university. They must also have the IC-38 certificate issued by the Insurance Institute of India.
A two-year full-time MBA or postgraduate degree or diploma in Finance, Banking or Marketing may give candidates an advantage. Applicants must also have at least two years of experience in selling wealth products.
This experience should come from a government bank, private bank, foreign bank, wealth management company, asset management company, broking firm or securities firm. Candidates should check the official notification for the exact experience rules before applying.
Eligibility for Credit Analyst
Applicants for the Credit Analyst post must have a graduation degree and must be qualified Chartered Accountants. They also need at least one year of banking experience in a scheduled commercial bank.
Experience in corporate credit may help candidates during the selection process. Since CA qualification is compulsory for this post, applicants should keep their membership and qualification records ready.
Age Limit
The age limit differs for the two posts. For Wealth Executive, candidates must be between 22 and 32 years old. For Credit Analyst, the age range is 21 to 33 years.
The bank will calculate age as on 1 September 2026. Candidates from reserved categories will get age relaxation as per government rules. Applicants should confirm the required documents for age relaxation before submitting the form.
Salary and Probation Period
Selected Wealth Executives will receive a basic pay between ₹48,480 and ₹85,920. The basic pay for Credit Analysts will range from ₹64,820 to ₹93,960. Other allowances may apply as per Bank of Baroda rules.
Selected candidates will have to complete a 12-month probation period after joining. The bank will review their work during this period. Candidates may also need to sign a service bond under the terms of the recruitment notice.
