Top 10 upsc coaching in delhi with Gs foundation Fees

Greetings Students!

I am Leena, a UPSC aspirant. If you are searching for a GS foundation course in Delhi, the first problem you face is the fee. One institute charges ₹1,00,000, another ₹1,95,000, some publish nothing online, and the same course changes price with CSAT, GST, online or offline mode.

AcademyCheck helps by putting address, fees, results, facilities and classroom photos of each coaching on one profile, with student ratings, so you can compare before you pay. Below are 10 UPSC coaching institutes in Delhi with GS foundation fee details checked in October 2026. Most listed courses target 2027; NEXT IAS's researched batches target 2028. Fees are from institute pages except the Chanakya fee, which is reported on AcademyCheck; unpublished classroom fees are marked clearly.

How we ranked: This is an editorial comparison of AcademyCheck ratings, review counts and published classroom GS fees, inclusions and batch details, not a simple sort by stars. A single-review 5.0/5 score does not outweigh the better-supported ratings of Vajiram and Ravi (10 reviews) and Forum IAS (2 reviews). Other profiles have only 1-2 reviews, so their ratings are limited evidence; fee clarity and course fit help decide the remaining order.

The institutes covered, in ranked order: Vajiram and Ravi, Forum IAS, Shankar IAS Academy, Chanakya IAS Academy, SHRI RAM IAS, Rau's IAS, Vision IAS, NEXT IAS, LevelUP IAS and Drishti IAS.

Why We Ranked Vajiram and Ravi #1: its 4.7/5 rating is backed by 10 reviews, the largest review count here, and its 2027 GS and GS + CSAT prices are clearly published. It ranks first for the stronger rating evidence, not the lowest fee.

2. Forum IAS

Forum IAS offers its GS Foundation Programme (GSFP) 2027 in two modes.

·       Fee: ₹1,29,800 offline (₹1,10,000 + 18% GST)

·       Fee: ₹1,53,400 hybrid (₹1,30,000 + 18% GST)

·       Includes: GS, CSAT and current affairs classes, with tests and mentorship

·       Optional subject: extra ₹35,400 offline or ₹29,500 online

AcademyCheck Rating: 4.5/5 (2 reviews)

Why We Ranked Forum IAS #2: its 4.5/5 rating comes from 2 reviews, and ₹1,29,800 offline includes GS, CSAT, current affairs, tests and mentorship. This offers a lower published fee than Vajiram and Ravi, although its review evidence is thinner.

3. Shankar IAS Academy

Shankar IAS Academy publishes its GS fee on its Delhi page.

·       Course: General Studies (Prelims cum Mains), Delhi

·       Fee: ₹1,00,000, tax included

·       GS + CSAT + Optional: ₹1,60,000, including study material

·       Batches listed: 16 February, 27 April and 12 June 2026, so ask for the next one

·       Pre-booking number: 88991 80180

AcademyCheck Rating: 4.0/5 (1 review)

Click here to check the Address, Fees, Results, Facilities, and Classroom Photos on AcademyCheck: Shankar IAS Academy

Why We Ranked Shankar IAS Academy #3: at ₹1,00,000 including tax, it has the lowest published classroom GS fee in this list. Its 4.0/5 rating has only 1 review and its listed batches are older, so confirm the next batch before enrolling.

4. Chanakya IAS Academy

Chanakya IAS Academy has an Upgraded Foundation Course for CSE 2027.

·       Course: Upgraded Foundation Course (GS-PCM) CSE 2027, 1 year

·       Medium: English and Hindi

·       Fee: ₹1,22,000, as shown on the AcademyCheck course page

·       Chanakya's own Delhi page does not show the fee, so confirm with the centre

AcademyCheck Rating: 4.0/5 (2 reviews)

Click here to check the Address, Fees, Results, Facilities, and Classroom Photos on AcademyCheck: Chanakya IAS Academy

Why We Ranked Chanakya IAS Academy #4: its reported ₹1,22,000 fee offers a lower-cost CSE 2027 classroom option, with a 4.0/5 rating from 2 reviews. It sits below Shankar because the fee is listed on AcademyCheck, not on the institute's own Delhi page.

5. SHRI RAM IAS

SHRI RAM IAS in Mukherjee Nagar offers a 1-year foundation course.

·       Course: Foundation Course, 1 year

·       Fee: ₹1,50,000

·       Covers: Prelims, Mains, Essay, CSAT and Interview

·       Full Course with Public Administration optional: ₹1,80,000

·       The fee page has no date, so confirm before paying

AcademyCheck Rating: 5.0/5 (1 review)

Click here to check the Address, Fees, Results, Facilities, and Classroom Photos on AcademyCheck: SHRI RAM IAS

Why We Ranked SHRI RAM IAS #5: ₹1,50,000 covers Prelims, Mains, Essay, CSAT and Interview. Its 5.0/5 rating has only 1 review, so that score does not put it above Vajiram and Ravi or Forum IAS; the undated fee page also needs confirmation.

6. Rau's IAS

Rau's IAS lists a GS Prelims and Mains integrated foundation course with both offline and online fees.

·       Course: GS (Prelims and Mains) Integrated Foundation

·       Fee offline: ₹1,75,500, GST included

·       Fee live-online: ₹95,500, GST included

·       Duration: 10 months on weekdays, 14 to 16 months on weekends

·       Batch dates on the fee page are partly old, so confirm the current batch

AcademyCheck Rating: 4.0/5 (1 review)

Click here to check the Address, Fees, Results, Facilities, and Classroom Photos on AcademyCheck: Rau's IAS

Why We Ranked Rau's IAS #6: its ₹1,75,500 classroom fee includes GST, and the published 10-month weekday duration helps students compare cost and time. Its 4.0/5 rating has only 1 review; confirm the current batch because some listed dates are old.

7. Vision IAS

Vision IAS lists many foundation combinations, and the fee changes with each one.

·       Course: Regular Foundation Course 2027

·       GS without CSAT: ₹1,95,000

·       GS + CSAT: ₹2,10,000

·       GS + CSAT + optional classes: ₹2,41,500

·       Mode: offline; batches started 22 and 30 August 2026

·       All fees include taxes

AcademyCheck Rating: 4.0/5 (1 review)

Click here to check the Address, Fees, Results, Facilities, and Classroom Photos on AcademyCheck: Vision IAS

Why We Ranked Vision IAS #7: its 2027 GS, GS + CSAT and optional combinations have tax-inclusive fees, but the ₹1,95,000 base GS fee is higher than the classroom prices ranked above it. Its 4.0/5 rating has only 1 review.

8. NEXT IAS

NEXT IAS shows its GS foundation fee centre by centre on its website.

·       Course: GS Pre cum Main Foundation, CSE 2028 batches

·       Mukherjee Nagar: ₹1,47,457 + GST, evening batch 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, started 28 September 2026

·       Old Rajinder Nagar: ₹1,52,543 + GST, morning batch 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, starts 15 October 2026

·       GS + CSAT: ₹1,55,933 to ₹1,61,017 + GST

·       Mode: classroom, fee payable in one time

AcademyCheck Rating: 4.0/5 (1 review)

Click here to check the Address, Fees, Results, Facilities, and Classroom Photos on AcademyCheck: NEXT IAS

Why We Ranked NEXT IAS #8: it publishes centre-wise fees, dates and GS + CSAT options, but GST is extra and the researched batches target CSE 2028 rather than 2027. Its 4.0/5 rating has only 1 review, so fee transparency alone does not lift it above the 2027 options.

9. LevelUP IAS

LevelUP IAS runs a 2-year GS foundation course in Karol Bagh. Here is what it costs and offers.

·       Course: GS Foundation 2027, Prelims and Mains GS, CSAT, Essay, mentorship and test series

·       Mode: online and offline

·       Batch: started 20 July 2026, 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, duration 2 years

·       Fee: GS-only fee not published online; Anthropology Optional + GS Foundation combo is ₹1,77,000

·       Scholarship: up to ₹50,000, based on a test and mentor evaluation

AcademyCheck Rating: 4.0/5 (2 reviews)

Click here to check the Address, Fees, Results, Facilities, and Classroom Photos on AcademyCheck: LevelUP IAS

Why We Ranked LevelUP IAS #9: its 4.0/5 rating comes from 2 reviews, but the standalone GS foundation fee is not published. The ₹1,77,000 Anthropology + GS combo cannot be treated as a GS-only price, and the scholarship is conditional, so its GS value remains hard to compare.

10. Drishti IAS

Drishti IAS runs GS Foundation classroom batches at Karol Bagh and an online studio course.

·       Classroom GS Foundation fee: not published online, call 8750187501

·       Batches: admissions listed for 11 August, 26 August, 10 September and 23 September 2026

·       GS Studio Foundation (online): ₹34,999

·       GS Studio: 14 months of classes, 18 months validity, 1250+ hours of live studio classes

AcademyCheck Rating: 4.0/5 (2 reviews)

Click here to check the Address, Fees, Results, Facilities, and Classroom Photos on AcademyCheck: Drishti IAS

Why We Ranked Drishti IAS #10: its 4.0/5 rating comes from 2 reviews, but the Delhi classroom GS fee is not published. The ₹34,999 GS Studio fee is for online study and cannot establish value for this offline Delhi comparison.
