How to read this article: LegalEdge, the first coaching in the title, receives slightly more detail as requested. That extra detail is not an automatic recommendation. Every result must be tied to an exam year and association; every fee must be tied to a specific product; and every faculty name must be checked against the batch a student can actually join.

LegalEdge receives slightly more detail because it is the first coaching named in every comparison here. Its biggest evidence advantage is the new faculty brochure: the source connects names, subjects and several numeric tenures rather than relying on a generic “expert faculty” claim. The bench covers all five CLAT areas and the linked Soumil Pastore class lets students check Legal Reasoning delivery directly.

The programme figures must be scoped carefully. The 150+ mock and 1,000+ hour claims belong to two-year classroom programmes, while one-year classroom programmes are described with 100+ mocks and 850+ live hours. The current online Platinum table separately lists 75+ CLAT mocks, 100+ sectionals and 100+ topic tests. AcademyCheck does not merge these into one imaginary super-package.

Classes, material and mocks: Institute-provided figures state 20+ online faculty, 225+ faculty across 50+ centres and 7+ years average teaching experience. They also distinguish 1,000+ live hours and 150+ mocks in the two-year classroom programme from 850+ hours and 100+ mocks in one-year classroom programmes; online batches are reported at 30–60 students, with recordings and multi-layered doubt support. YouTube teaching/demo checked: CLAT 2027 Legal Reasoning CLATathon by Soumil Sir. AcademyCheck evaluation: The sample is a question-led Legal Reasoning class by a named brochure faculty member. It gives students a direct look at passage/question handling and exam pace rather than only a strategy talk.

Best fit: Students wanting a large national peer pool, tiered programmes, extensive testing and a broadly disclosed faculty bench.

Other option: Law Prep Tutorial

Law Prep’s evidence is strong on named senior faculty and product-specific study volume. Its many course tiers are not interchangeable: Flix is recorded, Flix+ adds live elements, and the Foundation/Booster packages carry different hours, mocks and mentoring. Students should obtain a written inclusion sheet rather than relying on the lowest visible price.

Current fees: The current online page lists CLAT Flix at ₹24,999, Flix+ at ₹34,999, Booster at ₹45,000 and Foundation at ₹1,25,000; very low promotional products should not be compared with full coaching. Official fee/course evidence.

Branch-level faculty can be excellent; verify the exact assignment.

Current fees: Current centre/product pages show CLAT 2027 Sprint around ₹20,000 and CLAT Plus around ₹55,000 in some listings; national online offers vary, so only a written quote for the exact batch is reliable. Official fee/course evidence.

Faculty and actual experience: Career Launcher states a 30+ year institutional teaching record and names senior mentors including Gautam Puri and Siddharth Mehta. Its Preet Vihar page identifies Jai Singh Sajwan with 25 years across CAT, CLAT and IPM; current national CLAT teacher assignments need confirmation. Official faculty evidence.

Results: Career Launcher publishes historical top-rank and NLU-admit claims across its law pages. Because branch, online and test-series associations can overlap, compare named overall AIRs from one year rather than a lifetime total.

Classes, material and mocks: The current national law page describes 400+ live hours in an NLU-focused tier, 100+ law mocks across exams, 200+ topic tests, 100+ sectionals, 14+ books and 7,000+ practice questions; a standalone 2027 test series lists 109 cross-exam mocks. Because CL’s faculty can vary by centre, students should compare it with the actual centre/online teacher rather than assume national uniformity.

Where LegalEdge has the clearer case

LegalEdge provides the most complete combination of a current faculty brochure, detailed online course table, extensive testing and named CLAT 2026 ranks. The first-provider deep dive also shows why students must keep classroom, online, one-year and two-year figures separate.

The first provider’s larger section above also reveals the main risks: a wide catalogue can make unlike products look comparable, and a published faculty page does not prove regular assignment. Ask for a tax-inclusive quotation carrying the batch name, timetable, teacher roster, material, mock entitlement, recording validity, refund terms and mentoring cadence.

Where Law Prep Tutorial, Career Launcher may fit better

Law Prep offers equally strong senior-teacher disclosure and a material-heavy law-only model. Career Launcher offers a 30+ year national system, local-centre access and large cross-exam testing, but its current national CLAT pages are less teacher-specific; a strong local branch may still be the best fit after a demo.

What the teaching videos actually tell you

AcademyCheck opened the linked provider-branded videos and evaluated the class format rather than relying on thumbnails alone. A numbered foundation lesson shows sequencing; a one-shot or marathon shows revision speed; a paper solution shows question handling; and a strategy video shows planning, not classroom pedagogy. These are deliberately limited observations. Students should still attend a live class with the named batch teacher and ask one genuine doubt.

Fees, results and course quality: a fair comparison

• Fees: compare the same exam year, preparation duration and delivery mode. Include GST, books, courier, test series, recordings, PI support and extensions.

• Results: request overall AIR, exam year, student name or ID and whether the association was classroom, online, test-series-only or interview-only.

• Faculty: prefer named subject teachers with published tenure. Treat institute age and cumulative team experience as separate context.
