Explore their results, preparation backgrounds, and coaching institute associations to understand the different pathways to success in the NDA (II) 2025 examination.

Hello, Apirants!
The National Defence Academy (NDA) examination is a major entry route for candidates aspiring to join the Indian Armed Forces. Every year, candidates prepare for the written examination and the subsequent Services Selection Board (SSB) assessment, often using a combination of self-study, classroom coaching, online courses, mock tests, and interview preparation.
In this article, I will cover 50 candidates from the published merit list, their marks, and publicly reported coaching or preparation details where available. Since attempts and coaching enrolment are not disclosed consistently for every candidate, unverified details are identified rather than estimated.
The following table lists the top 50 candidates in the published marks list for NDA 2025, along with their reported attempts and coaching details where publicly available. Some details that could not be verified are marked accordingly.

What Can Aspirants Learn From the NDA 2025 Results?
The published marks offer several useful observations about performance across the written examination and SSB stages that we think could be helpful for candidates.
Written and SSB performance can differ considerably. Some candidates recorded much higher written marks, while others earned substantially higher SSB scores. Both stages contribute to the final total.
A single score does not tell the whole story. Candidates’ final totals reflect performance across two different assessments, so comparing written marks alone does not explain the complete result.
Preparation routes vary. Publicly reported institute results show that coaching providers can be part of candidates’ preparation journeys, but available evidence does not establish the same preparation route for every candidate.
Attempts should not be assumed. Unless a candidate or a reliable report confirms the number of attempts, it is more accurate to leave the detail unreported than to infer it from the result.
Aspirants can use these results to understand the scoring structure and explore preparation resources, but a topper’s marks or coaching choice should not be treated as a guaranteed formula for success.
How to Read the Coaching and Attempts Details
The profiles distinguish between primary classroom coaching and secondary preparation resources. Primary classroom coaching should only be attributed when reliable information confirms that a candidate attended the programme. Online courses, test series, mentorship, mock interviews and SSB guidance belong under secondary resources when supported by sources.
An institute’s result announcement can establish that it publicly claims an association with a selected candidate. It does not necessarily establish the exact course attended, the duration of enrolment, or whether the candidate also used other resources.
Similarly, the official marks record establishes examination scores, not the number of attempts. Attempts and personal preparation details require separate evidence, such as a candidate interview or a credible report.
FAQs
Q1. Who secured the highest final total in the marks list used here?
Parth Kumar Tiwari recorded 1,096.52 marks, including 545.52 in the written examination and 551 in the SSB assessment.
Q2. How are the final marks calculated?
The marks document lists written examination marks out of 900 and SSB marks out of 900, for a combined total of 1,800.
Q3. Which coaching institutes are associated with the NDA-II 2025 results?
Dreamers Edu Hub and Physics Wallah have published NDA-related results or candidate preparation content. Centurion Defence Academy has also published a candidate success story associated with the selection cycle. The nature of each candidate’s participation should be verified individually.
Q4. Can the number of attempts be confirmed for all 50 candidates?
No. Attempts are not consistently disclosed in the available result records. They should only be included when a reliable source confirms them.
Q5. Does appearing in a coaching institute’s results list prove classroom enrolment?
No, it's not. A results announcement establishes that the institute publicly associates itself with a candidate, but it does not automatically prove classroom attendance. The specific course or type of support needs separate confirmation.
Sources and Corrections
Based on my research, candidate marks and selection information were compiled from published examination records and available candidate reports. Coaching and preparation details were included only where a public source supported the association. Institute-reported results are attributed accordingly, while unverified attempts and enrolment details are marked as not publicly reported.
