Telangana schools to get 13 days of Dasara holidays

Students across Telangana have a long break to look forward to this Dasara. As per the academic calendar issued by the School Education Department, government, private and aided schools will remain closed from October 10 to October 22, 2026.

Schools will reopen on October 23, 2026. Since the holiday period covers 13 days, students will have time to visit family, travel to their native places, take part in Dasara events and enjoy a break from daily classes.
