Drishti IAS UPSC Fees 2027: Fee Structure, Batch Timings, Results & Reviews
Drishti IAS UPSC Fees 2027: compare Studio, live-online GS and Samagra prices, batch timings, evaluated answers, reported results and student reviews.
Hello UPSC aspirants! I am Runal Naik. Drishti IAS UPSC Fees 2027 vary by medium, delivery format and support. The Studio course, ordinary live-online GS course and two-year Samagra programme have different prices and inclusions. Choose the course that fits your attempt date and preparation needs before comparing the bill.
For a 2027 attempt: some newly advertised batches run for 14, 15 or 24 months. Starting a long course in late 2026 does not mean its live syllabus will finish before Prelims 2027. Ask for a subject-wise completion plan and confirm whether you will need recordings to cover topics earlier.
Drishti IAS fee structure
The following are displayed prices in Drishti's current course catalogue and Studio page. Request the final payable amount with GST, delivery charges and approved concessions in writing.
GS Studio Foundation: Displayed price: ₹34,999; Format and access: English, Hindi or bilingual listings; 18-month course access.
GS Foundation, live online, Hindi: Displayed price: ₹1,20,000; Format and access: GS course; 36-month access.
GS Foundation, live online, English: Displayed price: ₹1,25,000; Format and access: GS course; 36-month access.
GS + CSAT Samagra, Hindi: Displayed price: ₹1,70,000; Format and access: Approximately two-year programme; 36-month access.
GS + CSAT Flagship, English: Displayed price: ₹1,75,000; Format and access: Separate combined programme; confirm its batch calendar and inclusions.
Foundation pendrive, Hindi or English: Displayed price: ₹60,000 offer price; listed original ₹1,00,000; Format and access: 24-month access; confirm the offer is available for the selected product.
Classroom foundation: Displayed price: Current written quote required; Format and access: Centre, medium and programme must be specified.
A live-online course streamed from Karol Bagh is an online product. Its ₹1,25,000 quote should not be presented as the current classroom admission fee. Similarly, an offer on a pendrive course does not reduce the fee of every foundation programme.
Batch timings and duration
English live-online GS, Karol Bagh stream: the product lists 28 October 2026, daily live classes at 11:30 AM and approximately 15 months of teaching. Course access is 36 months.
Hindi Samagra: the listed programme began on 21 September 2026 and runs for approximately 24 months. Classes stream from Noida. Request the GS and CSAT timetable for daily class hours.
Studio Foundation: the advertised coverage period is 14 months with 18-month course validity. Check the selected medium's start date, live hours and catch-up recordings before joining.
Classroom notices: Karol Bagh announces 13 October 2026 at 8:00 AM and 28 October 2026 at 11:30 AM; Noida announces 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Confirm medium, exact programme, attempt year and available seats for the chosen notice.
For working students, live timing and recording availability matter as much as the number of months. For a near-term attempt, map the remaining syllabus against your revision and test schedule rather than relying on the course's long access period.
Studio versus regular live-online GS: what changes?
Studio: the page advertises 1,250+ hours, 18 class tests and printed GS booklets. It lists 11 booklets in English and 10 in Hindi. The main course validity is 18 months, while current-affairs features mention 24 months; confirm the access periods for those components separately.
The Studio FAQ describes doubt submission through comments below lectures or the portal's ticket system. It does not promise the same real-time doubt interaction as an in-person class. The provider's claim of equal teaching quality across formats should be assessed using samples and actual support, rather than assumed from the fee.
English regular GS: the current product describes approximately 400+ classes, 1,000+ hours of content, 12 printed GS booklets, seven Prelims practice books and five Mains capsule books. It advertises at least 30 GS + CSAT Prelims tests each year for three years, 24 evaluated subject-wise Mains tests, and a total of 500 evaluated daily answers during the access period, with up to two submissions per day.
CSAT tests in that GS product are not the same as the teaching component of a named GS + CSAT programme. Ask whether your selected course includes CSAT classes. Also request an evaluated answer sample and the expected feedback turnaround. Our UPSC mock-test quality comparison explains what to look for in useful feedback.
What extra support does Samagra advertise?
The Hindi Samagra programme adds a staged NCERT, GS, CSAT, Essay and PYQ learning plan. It advertises a personal mentor, individual Zoom planning sessions, 24 evaluated Mains tests and up to 1,000 evaluated daily answers over three years. These are programme-specific provider claims, not automatic inclusions in the lower-priced Studio course.
Interview guidance requires qualification in the relevant Mains examination. Some mentorship and library benefits require an induction test. Ask for the mentor-contact frequency, booking process and evaluation limits in writing so that the advertised support becomes usable in your weekly schedule.
Faculty and an official teaching sample
Dr. Vikas Divyakirti - Experience: Teaching tenure not published. Subjects/role: recorded Ethics lectures in the current GS course; recorded Essay and Ethics components in Samagra. Other expert faculty conduct live teaching, including live Ethics coverage. Do not assume he personally teaches every GS subject.
The official English How Ethics Is Different from Mathematics lesson provides a sample of his explanation style. Its transcript shows him using familiar examples to distinguish objective statements from subjective judgments before relating the difference to Ethics.
Compare a complete recent lesson in your chosen medium, then ask for the subject-wise faculty roster, doubt process and replacement policy. The current regular-GS terms allow faculty or schedules to change in special circumstances.
Results and student reviews
Drishti's official result-video listings have featured Akansh Dhull, AIR 3, CSE 2025, and Prachi Honey, AIR 28, CSE 2025. Ask which programme each student attended when comparing these provider-reported results with your chosen foundation course.
The Drishti IAS Karol Bagh profile on AcademyCheck shows 4.0/5 from two reviews. This is a small branch-level sample. Speak to students from your intended batch about syllabus completion, doubt replies, answer checking and material delivery; a national brand rating cannot answer every local question.
Hostel support, EMI and course changes
The course quotes above do not include a confirmed hostel or mess bill. Asmita is a conditional residential and mentorship scheme for eligible Prelims-qualified candidates, rather than a hostel facility automatically bundled for every new student. Its published 2026 rules exclude Studio Foundation from the qualifying online-course category; check the rules for your examination cycle before relying on this benefit.
EMI options are displayed on several product pages. Confirm the total amount, number of payments, financing charges and due dates before choosing that option. A displayed instalment facility is not an unconditional fee concession.
The Studio page advertises a refund on joining an offline course. In contrast, the ordinary GS and Samagra terms do not allow mode changes. Treat these as product-specific conditions and obtain written clarification for your purchase; do not assume a universal transfer or refund rule.
Which Drishti programme is suitable?
A student seeking a lower-cost online GS route can examine Studio after checking medium, live hours and doubt support. Someone who needs evaluated answers and longer access can compare the regular GS product. A beginner with roughly two years and a need for ongoing personal mentoring can investigate Samagra's additional support.
Coaching is optional. If your basics are already complete, identify your actual gaps before purchasing a full foundation course. Compare equivalent options in our Vision IAS fee guide and Vajiram & Ravi fee guide, then browse UPSC IAS courses on AcademyCheck. Confirm target year, medium and evaluation support before comparing price.
