CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Result 2026: Download Marksheet on DigiLocker

The CBSE Class 12 supplementary result 2026 is now available for students who appeared for the compartment examination. The Central Board of Secondary Education has provided access through its official website, cbse.gov.in, and the DigiLocker app.

Students can download their digital marksheet by entering their roll number, admit card number, school number, and mother’s name. Keep these details ready before you begin. It will save you from hunting through old papers while the login page waits like a strict invigilator.

CBSE Class 12 supplementary result 2026 details

CBSE held the Class 12 supplementary exams on July 28, 2026, at exam centres across India. The major subject papers took place in one shift from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

The exam was for students who did not meet the required passing marks in one or more subjects in the main board examination. The main CBSE Class 12 result was declared on May 13, 2026. According to CBSE data, 1,63,800 students were placed in the compartment category.

Students should use only the official CBSE website or the official DigiLocker platform to view and download their marksheets. Avoid links shared through unknown social media accounts or messages.

How to download the marksheet from DigiLocker

  1. Open the DigiLocker app on your phone. You can also visit digilocker.gov.in using a web browser.
  2. Sign in with your DigiLocker account details. If you do not have an account, create one using the required information.
  3. Open the Education section on the home screen.
  4. Select Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) from the list of education boards.
  5. Choose the document named Class XII Supplementary.
  6. Enter your roll number, admit card number, school number, and mother’s name.
  7. Check the details and select Get Document.
  8. View the marksheet and download it for your records.

Save a copy of the file on your phone, computer, or cloud storage. You can also print a copy if your school or college asks for one. The digital marksheet may be useful during admission, but students should follow the document rules set by the institution.

Details needed to access the result

Students should keep the following information ready:

  • CBSE roll number
  • Admit card number
  • School number
  • Mother’s name as entered in the CBSE records

Enter each detail with care. A small spelling difference or an incorrect number can stop the document from appearing. Check your admit card before trying again.

What to do if the marksheet does not appear

DigiLocker may take time to load when many students try to access their documents at once. If the marksheet does not appear, try these steps:

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Update the DigiLocker app to its latest version.
  • Clear the browser cache or try another browser.
  • Enter your details again without extra spaces.
  • Try after some time if the platform shows a server error.
  • Check the official CBSE website for notices and updates.

If the details on the marksheet are wrong, do not edit the document yourself. Contact your school and ask about the correction process. The school can guide you on the records and forms needed for a request.

CBSE Class 12 main exam data

CBSE conducted the 2026 Class 12 main board examinations from February 17 to April 10. The overall pass percentage was 85.20%. Girls recorded a pass percentage of 88.86%, while boys recorded 82.13%.

Students waiting for admission or further instructions should keep checking the CBSE website, their school notices, and the DigiLocker account linked to their records. Keep the downloaded file, admit card, and result details together so they are easy to find when a college form asks for them.
