                            In 1988, Shri Rajesh Maheshwari embarked on a journey to revolutionize the coaching industry by establishing an institute that would cater to the needs of students aspiring for medical and engineering entrance exams. What began with just eight students gradually evolved into a landmark educational institution. Initially, the focus was on providing coaching for Science subjects — Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics — under one roof. This holistic approach to education was unique at the time and laid the groundwork for what would soon become one of the most respected coaching institutes in the country.

In the early months of the institute’s operation, Dr. K.G. Vaishnava, an eminent professor of Biology, joined the team. His addition was pivotal, as his expertise in the subject enhanced the quality of coaching provided. Together, Shri Rajesh Maheshwari and Dr. Vaishnava set the foundation for what would later be known as ALLEN Career Institute. Their collaboration was instrumental in the development of a unique teaching methodology, blending expert faculty with an integrated approach to teaching the core subjects of the science stream.

The institute's growth was marked by significant achievements, the first of which came in 1991 when it produced 12 selections in the Rajasthan PMT (Pre-Medical Test), a remarkable feat for an institute that had only been operational for a few years. This success was just the beginning. The combination of dynamic leadership, exceptional teaching, and a deep commitment to student success allowed ALLEN to scale new heights each year.

In 1995, under the visionary leadership of Shri Rajesh Maheshwari, the institute achieved the prestigious distinction of securing the first rank in the Rajasthan PMT, cementing its reputation as a leader in medical entrance coaching. This was a groundbreaking accomplishment that further elevated ALLEN’s status in the education sector.

The next phase of growth saw the entry of Er. Brajesh Maheshwari, a young and dynamic individual with an excellent engineering background. His expertise and vision added a new dimension to the institute, especially with the growing demand for coaching in engineering entrance exams. The collective efforts of the faculty, headed by the Maheshwari brothers, created an ideal academic environment that fostered excellence. It was this blend of talent, innovation, and determination that propelled the institute to even greater success in the years that followed.

ALLEN's journey continued to be marked by unprecedented success. In 2014, students from its classroom coaching programs achieved the All India First Ranks in both the JEE Advanced and AIPMT exams, the two most prestigious entrance tests in India. These achievements were a testament to the institute’s unwavering commitment to providing high-quality education.

The year 2016 marked another milestone when ALLEN became the first ever institute in the country to produce the All India Ranks 1, 2, and 3 in both JEE Advanced and NEET-UG (formerly AIPMT). This historic achievement was a direct result of the institute's consistent focus on excellence and its unparalleled faculty and infrastructure.
