The SSB process checks leadership, communication, teamwork, decision-making and suitability for a career in the armed forces. Candidates should keep their original certificates and valid identity documents ready. They should also check the call letter for the interview date, venue and reporting instructions.

The final selection depends on performance in the written exam and SSB, medical fitness, available vacancies and the candidate’s preference for a course. Candidates should save copies of the result PDF, application details and all official notices as the recruitment process moves forward.
