UIIC AO Admit Card 2026: Download Call Letter and Recover Login Details

Learn how to download the UIIC AO Phase 1 admit card, recover forgotten login details, and check key exam day instructions.

UIIC AO Admit Card 2026: Download Call Letter and Recover Login Details

United India Insurance Company Limited (UIIC) has released the admit card for the Administrative Officer (Scale I) Phase 1 online examination. Candidates can download the call letter through the IBPS-hosted recruitment portal.

The download window opened on October 15, 2026, and will close on October 22, 2026. Candidates should save the document before the last date. Waiting until the final few hours can lead to trouble if the website is slow or your login details go missing on a very busy day.

Details required to download the UIIC AO admit card

Candidates need the following details to access the call letter:

  • Registration number or roll number
  • Password or date of birth
  • Captcha shown on the login page

The date of birth must be entered in the format shown on the portal. The call letter login page mentions the format as DD-MM-YY. Check the screen carefully before submitting your details.

How to download the UIIC AO Phase 1 call letter

  1. Visit the official UIIC AO call letter login page hosted through IBPS.
  2. Enter your registration number or roll number.
  3. Enter your password or date of birth in the required format.
  4. Type the captcha code shown on the screen.
  5. Click the Login button.
  6. Open the call letter and check the details.
  7. Download the PDF and take a clear printout for the exam.

After downloading the file, open it once to make sure all pages are visible. A blank or incomplete PDF is not useful at the exam centre, unless the printer enjoys giving candidates extra stress.

Forgot your UIIC AO password? Here is what to do

Candidates who cannot remember their password can use the Forgot Password? option on the login page. The recovery process needs the details used during registration.

  1. Click Forgot Password? below the login fields.
  2. Enter your registration number.
  3. Provide your registered mobile number or email ID, as requested.
  4. Enter the security code shown on the screen.
  5. Click Submit and follow the instructions on the portal.

Keep access to your registered mobile number and email account during the recovery process. Check the spam or junk folder if the recovery email does not appear in your main inbox.

Forgot your registration number?

If you do not remember your registration number, search your email inbox and text messages for the confirmation received after submitting the UIIC AO application. Use terms such as “UIIC”, “IBPS”, “registration” or “Administrative Officer” in your search.

Also check downloaded files, screenshots and notes saved during the application process. Candidates should avoid creating a new application or using random details to access the portal. The registration number must match the original application.

Details to check on the UIIC AO call letter

Once the admit card opens, check each detail against your application records. Pay close attention to:

  • Candidate name
  • Photograph and signature
  • Roll number and registration number
  • Examination date
  • Reporting time
  • Examination venue and address
  • Instructions for the exam day

If you find an error or cannot download the call letter after several attempts, use the help or contact details given on the official recruitment portal. Keep a screenshot of the error and note the time of the attempt. This information may help when you seek support.

Exam day checklist for UIIC AO candidates

  • Carry a printed copy of the admit card.
  • Carry a valid photo identity proof as allowed in the call letter.
  • Reach the venue before the reporting time.
  • Read all instructions printed on the admit card.
  • Keep the admit card safe until the recruitment process ends.

Use only the official UIIC or IBPS recruitment pages to download the document. Do not share your password, one-time password or personal details with anyone who promises a faster download. The official call letter remains available only until October 22, 2026.
