You must clear all three levels to become a certified Company Secretary.
Who Gets CSEET Exemption
Some students can skip CSEET and directly register for the CS Executive Programme. You qualify for exemption if you have:
- Passed the CA Final examination
- Passed the CMA Final examination
- Completed a Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate degree
- Passed the old ICSI Foundation examination
Final year students appearing in their Bachelor's degree exams can also register directly for the Executive Programme.
