CBSE Class 10 & 12 Results 2025: Everything You Need to Know

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Class 12 results for 2025, with Class 10 results expected to be released today, May 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM IST. Over 42 lakh students participated in these examinations held between February 15 and April 4. 

Where to Check Your CBSE Results

Students can access their results through the following official platforms:

• DigiLocker
• UMANG App

To retrieve your scorecard, you'll need your roll number, school code, admit card ID, and date of birth.

Alternative Methods to Access Results

• SMS: Send an SMS in the format cbse10 or cbse12 to 7738299899. Your result will be sent to your phone.
• DigiLocker: Visit digilocker.gov.in, select your class, and enter your roll number, school code, and 6-digit PIN provided by your school. After OTP verification, your result will appear in the “Documents” section.
• UMANG App: Download the UMANG app, register or log in, and navigate to the CBSE results section to access your scorecard.

Passing Criteria

• Class 10: Students must score a minimum of 33% overall to pass.
• Class 12: A minimum of 33% is required in both theory and practical exams separately.

CBSE may grant grace marks in borderline cases.

• Overall Pass Percentage: 88.39%
• Top Performing Schools: Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) topped the list with a 99.29% pass rate.
