AYUSH counselling in Rajasthan has opened admission options for students who appeared for NEET UG 2026. The state counselling process covers BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS courses under the 85% state quota.
The cutoff data shows a wide gap between courses and categories. A general category student needed 520 marks for a BAMS seat, while an SC girl received a BNYS seat with 83 marks. The BNYS seat was allotted at an All India Rank of 17,65,074.
Which AYUSH courses are included?
Rajasthan AYUSH counselling offers seats in these undergraduate courses:
- BAMS: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
- BHMS: Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery
- BUMS: Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery
- BNYS: Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences
Admission is based on NEET UG 2026 scores and rank. The NEET paper carried 720 marks. Candidates must also meet the eligibility rules set by the counselling authority and complete each step within the given dates.
Rajasthan AYUSH counselling cutoff highlights
BAMS remained the most competitive course among the four options. The general category closing rank was 65,424, with a NEET score of 520. In comparison, BNYS had a much lower general cutoff of 225 marks at a rank of 9,32,625.

Cutoff for reserved categories
Reserved category cutoffs were lower in all four courses. In BAMS, an ST girl received a seat at rank 2,13,159 with 426 marks. For BHMS, the ST girls category closed at rank 3,45,784 with 373 marks.
BUMS had a closing score of 214 marks for ST girls at rank 9,87,061. The lowest reported score was for BNYS, where an SC girl received a seat with 83 marks and rank 17,65,074. This score is about 11.52% of the total NEET marks.

How Rajasthan and central counselling compare
