AP ICET counselling 2026 registration has started for candidates who secured a rank in the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test. The counselling process is used for admission to MBA and MCA programmes in colleges across Andhra Pradesh.
Eligible candidates can register online at cap.apcfss.in from August 24 to August 31, 2026. Along with registration, candidates must pay the processing fee and upload the required certificates. Keep your documents ready before you begin. Hunting for a misplaced marks memo at the last minute is not a fun sport.

Who Can Apply for AP ICET Counselling?
Candidates must have an AP ICET 2026 rank and meet the academic requirements. For admission through AP ICET, the candidate should hold a recognised bachelor’s degree of at least three years.
- Open Category candidates need at least 50% marks in graduation.
- SC, ST and BC candidates need at least 45% marks in graduation.
- Open Category candidates generally need at least 25% marks in AP ICET to receive a rank.
- SC and ST candidates can receive a rank without the minimum AP ICET marks rule.
Distance education degrees must have recognition from the relevant authorities, including UGC, AICTE and DEC or DEB, where applicable.
AP ICET Counselling Registration Process
Follow these steps to complete registration:
- Visit cap.apcfss.in.
- Open the Candidate Login section.
- Click New Registration.
- Select AP ICET from the CET list.
- Choose the degree board.
- Enter your degree hall ticket number, year of passing and date of birth.
- Enter and confirm your mobile number and Aadhaar number.
- Accept the declaration and complete OTP verification.
Your login details will be sent to the registered mobile number. Use the login to pay the fee, upload certificates and check verification status. Keep the mobile number active because OTPs, alerts and allotment updates will be sent by SMS.
AP ICET Counselling Fee 2026
The processing fee must be paid online before August 31, 2026. The fee is non-refundable.
- OC and BC candidates: INR 1,250
- SC and ST candidates: INR 650
Candidates can use a debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. If money is deducted but the payment does not show as successful, check the transaction status before paying again. Any extra amount from a failed transaction is expected to return to the source account within seven working days.
Documents Required for Certificate Verification
Upload clear and readable copies of the following documents in the format given on the portal:
- AP ICET 2026 hall ticket
- AP ICET 2026 rank card
- SSC or Class 10 marks memo
- Intermediate or diploma marks memo
- Bridge course certificate, if you studied an intermediate vocational course
- Degree consolidated marks memo
- Degree original degree or provisional certificate
- Study certificates from Class 9 to degree for a three-year degree
- Study certificates from Class 10 to degree for a four-year degree
- Transfer certificate, if applicable
- Integrated community certificate for SC, ST or BC reservation
- EWS certificate for the 2026-27 financial year, if applicable
- Minority certificate, if applicable
- Residence certificate
- Parents’ 10-year residence certificate for non-local candidates
Candidates claiming seats under PWD, CAP, NCC, Sports and Games, Scouts and Guides or Anglo-Indian categories may need to attend physical verification. Minority candidates must select the correct category and submit a valid certificate or an SSC transfer certificate that shows the religion.
What Happens After Registration?
Officials will verify the uploaded certificates between August 25 and September 1. Check the candidate login for your verification status. Once your status shows Eligible, you can enter web options from August 27 to September 2.
Choose colleges and courses in the order you prefer. Your rank, reservation category, eligibility and option order will affect seat allotment. You can modify your choices on September 3. The allotment result will be available on September 7 after 6 PM. Candidates who receive a seat must download the allotment letter, pay the required college fee and report to the allotted college between September 8 and September 11.
